NYSHA has assisted many
organizations with security posting/bond applications by providing printed or
electronic samples. To enable easier access, we are
placing them here for use by any organization that needs the information.
We are providing you with two
pieces of information with regard to the process:
- An overview
of the process itself which you can print
- A “vanilla” application in a printable format and in Rich Text Format (RTF) which you
can download and tailor for your organization.
The application itself was created by an experienced Rensselaer County ADA and used effectively by various organizations across
the state. NYSHA recommends that you attach a copy of the overview process to
the application which you present to the court. The combination can be a
helpful tool to those courts that have not had experience with this relatively
new area of law.
